Anchovy Sambal

1. Blind together coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger, garlic,cloves, cinnamon, cumin seeds and the coconut. 

2. Defrost the packet of Veggie Anchovy. In a pan, pour some oil and add the onions.Saute it till onions become brownish.

3. Add the mix in to the pan and saute it for another 10 minutes in low flame.

4. Add the Samsara Veggie Anchovy and pour some water. Cook it for some time until the gravy is thick.

5. Move the curry into a dish a with the coriander leaves over it.

6. Ready to serve.
