Mutton varuval
1. Defrost the packet of Plain Veggie Mutton. Heat oil in a wok
2. Pre - fry the dried chillies in hot oil for 20 seconds and remove.
3. In same wok,fry onions then garlic until brown. Use a small flame. Add curry leaves right after and mix.
4. Add spices in with the onions, garlic and curry leaves and continue to fry about 10 minutes .
5. Add Samsara Veggie Plain Mutton and stir. Do not cover the wok. Keep stirring every 2-3 minutes up to 30 minutes.
6. Add salt and dried chillies and mix. You may even add a little bit of dark soya sauce for color.
7. Ready to serve.
